Tristan started his career in software development. In 2000, after 3 years as a consultant, he became a self employed contractor working predominantly within investment banking. Over the next 16 years, he worked for some of the largest investment banks with the final 8 years commuting daily from Bath to London. After a minor mid-life crisis in 2016 he decided use the financial knowledge he gained at the investment banks to retrain as a financial adviser.
Tristan Joined Ed in 2017 and they rebranded from McKenzie Wealth Management to McKenzie & Co Financial Consultants. In April 2020, Tristan bought into the practice and became a director. His driving passion is to help his clients to achieve their financial goals by developing a tailored and holistic plan which builds and preserves their wealth. He develops long term working relationships with his clients based on integrity, trust, honesty and respect.
In his spare time he enjoys playing cricket with his local village team and searching for golf balls on the various courses which allow him to play. He has a wife, three daughters a horse, dog and 2 cats which means he will be working long into retirement.
