Nicki joined Financial Services in 1989 straight from education. She worked for Norwich Union/Aviva for over 20 years before becoming a Senior Sales Consultant. In 2010 she took a career break to raise her young family. Having decided to return to the workplace, she joined St James’s Place as a Paraplanner in 2013 putting her wealth of knowledge and experience to good use in supporting several partners.
Nicki joined McKenzie & Co. in 2019 as Client Services Director, responsible for the high level of ongoing service that McKenzie provides to our clients. In 2025 she was promoted to Managing Director in order to allow the advising directors to focus on their clients.
A mum of three, Nicki is kept busy, spending her spare time, mainly standing on the side of a muddy football pitch trying to keep warm.
